Endorsing US RN license

Good morning ,

I am an International registered nurse , but I am holding a Michigan state RN license since 2014 .

I am planning to endorse my license to the state of Virginia and its mentioned in there website that I have to submit an online endorsement request through NURSYS agency , but its not mentioned if :

1- Virginia state will accept to proceed my RN license endorsement request without asking for a SSN as I am not having it yet .

2- If the sate of Virginia issued me a RN license , will it affect the status of my Michigan state license or not ?

You can hold as many licenses in the US as you can maintain.
