Hi allnurses, anyone here that were successful of transferring their licenses to Nevada?. Been hearing bad stuffs about how their processing is, I need to figure out if ill transfer or not. I got a license from Hawaii my husband changed his mind on transferring there.. .i need your help guys thank youguys thank you

Hi I know this post is like 4 years ago but just want to ask, did nevada bon require you to tale english proficiency exam? Thank you

@dragon_lady nope i did not take ielts or toefl

How come? I thought it was a requirement. I applied for endorsement to them but they ask me to do toefl.

Hi, has anyone successfully got their NV License by endorsement from another state this year? I am a foreign Grad nurse who just recently got my HI RN License. Can anyone please share their experience, much appreciated . Thank you!

Hello i am Friday 24

i want to ask about endorsing my License from Hawaii to Nevada, i am a us citizen and a ssn holders i graduated my nursing in Philippines and have my highschool diploma i currently just passed the nclex and wanting to push through for Nevada. Do i need to take the TOFEL or ILETS further more do i need to open again the CES/CGFNS and get my transcripts i know this post is very old but i need some help. Please provide me information in what i need to do..

Have you tried contacting the BON?

They are just waiting for my fingerprint/livescan and the endorsement form/license verification from hawaii then they will issue me my permanent RN license. So yeah pretty much I can say that Nevada is not strict when it comes to applying by endorsement.

hello, any updates on this thread? did they require you to go through cgfns?

They did not ask for my CGFNS-CES. Are you from PI?

Hi, im from philippines, i have files already in cgfns from my cvs new york and visa screen, incase they need, can i just ask cgfns to forward it to them?

Also, in what stage are u now?

Oh Cool, well you can try sending your CES to Nevada BON. That won't hurt. I suggest you send them your Summary of Related learning experience, Course description , etc..

I only need to pass the English Proficiency test.

Hello, i didn't do the ces but its credential verification in the state of new york. And also will nevada accept ielts? Because i already have one from visa screen. I just did my fingerprint. Where are you currently?

Cvs is different to CES but CGFNS should be able use cvs documents for CES report as long as fees are paid. Suggest talking to them

YOu can actually find all the requirements on their website. Do you already have a NV Nurse POrtal account? I live in California..
