Hi,
I applied for RN license in CA. I haven't heard anything from them.. its been awhile and I'm really worried coz I'm also a foreign grad. Do you guys know how long does it usually take to endorse a license to CA?

First, they may be swamped with applications.
Second, if you are a foreign educated graduate, CA's BON will have to look at all your paperwork and see if you meet their educational requirements. That may take some time, especially if they are swamped with a lot of applications to go through.
Good luck!
I am just really anxious I hope they approve me and i just hope that my foreign transcript plus my lvn transcript here will meet their requirements

95% of the time, the CA BRN moves very slowly. It took me several weeks to get my CA endorsement, and I'm domestic. Though I was impressed with their renewal speed: I applied online to renew on Friday and got the new license in the mail by Monday.
Though I am confused since you mention LVN transcripts...are you applying for RN licensure or LVN licensure? The two licenses are not the same. And to be honest, being an LVN overseas doesn't automatically equate to being a RN here in the US.
Or do you hold both RN and LVN licenses overseas and plan to endorse just the RN one?
I have my LVN license here in CA.. I studied LVN here before I finished my BSN in the Philippines..
And I have my RN license on NM.. Hopefully i'll be able to endorse it here in CA
I'm hoping that my LVN credentials + BSN credentials which from the Philippines are enough to meet their requirements

OK, got it. Makes sense now :)
I don't know if the CA BRN will consider your LVN credentials as part of your RN licensure application. You could always drop them an e-mail (anonymous if you prefer) to ask--they're usually pretty good about responding to e-mails fast.
Unfortunately, the CA BRN has tighetened up the requirements for foreign applicants.
Wishing you the best of luck as you deal with them.
Thank you so much.. I really hope so :) since here in CA we have 30 units option for LVN to be eligible to get their RN license

It is not that allnurses won't let you........ you do not have the required posts, 15 posts when you are a registered user, to activate your e-mail........... unless you upgrade to a paying membership.
my analyst is ******* :) don't worry as long as you dont have the result there is still hope
