Endorsement Application to Vermont

I'm from the Philippiens. I passed the California-NCLEX. Since I'm having problems acquaring a valid SSN, I'm planning to endorse my California-NCLEX to State of Vermont just so that I could get a permanent license in US. Supposed I already got RN license in Vermont and already working there as a nurse, is it still possible for me to reaaply my NCLEX in California (without having to retake the test) eventhough it has long been expired? My relatives are in California and I want to be as closed to them as possible. I will apprecaite any form of response.:)

yes this is about the CES Report. Im wondering if I could put the TOR sealed envelope in a bigger envelope with my HS certified true copy and send it to CGFNS.. Is that possible? So that the my college TOR is still sealed.

As long as your TOR is sealed and stamped by your school then there is nothing stopping you from adding other paperwork in the same envelope (or envelope you are sending it all in)

thanks for replying.. i just want to make sure that it's okay to send it that way cause I don't want the CGFNS to reject my documents.

they will only reject anything if it appears to have been tampered with. As long as your TOR is in a sealed envelope with their stamp across the seal to indicate no tampering then they will usually accept it if sent with other documents

Check Vermont website and see what is written in black and white (it tells you what you are required to do)

if you will be able to acquire a license in vermont and then in the future decided to go back to california, you can endorse the license you acquired from Vermont without retaking the NCLEX because even if your file was destroyed your NCLEX result is still valid, that is what the CAli BON told me, but of course you still need to have a SSN when you endorse your license to Cali. =)

when did ca brn email you bout that? does it apply for all nclex passers without ssn? is it ok if i dont endorse in other state? for how long your nclex result is valid? until you obtain ssn?
