I'm from the Philippiens. I passed the California-NCLEX. Since I'm having problems acquaring a valid SSN, I'm planning to endorse my California-NCLEX to State of Vermont just so that I could get a permanent license in US. Supposed I already got RN license in Vermont and already working there as a nurse, is it still possible for me to reaaply my NCLEX in California (without having to retake the test) eventhough it has long been expired? My relatives are in California and I want to be as closed to them as possible. I will apprecaite any form of response.:)

as stated on the form application for licensure by examination/endorsement – international applicants it will be different for someone that trained in the us but this is the form that i looked at today on their website

hi! I would like to know how long will it take to process the endorsement of license to VT because my Cali NCLEX would expire this july 22, 2011.. so I'm wondering if I will still make it through the process...because I only have 2 months or so before my cali NCLEX expires... ?? I don't want to waste $$$ for the processing just to end up with nothing...because it already expired in the middle of the process....=(

I also have my visascreen done before.. do i still have to apply for the CES report even if I already have a visascreen certificate...

hope to here from anyone here soon.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! HELP please....

What type of CES report does Vermont is requiring? Is it the professional or academic? I have been reading about the full course type which costs $385 on the previous posts but I can't seem to find it at CGFNS website. I am only getting the professional and academic options. And when i tried the academic options, I am only getting an error saying that Vermont only requires Professional CES. Please help me on this one. Thank you very much! I'm a newbie here. :-)

Hi! Im new here. Just have a quick question, I just can't seem to find the CES report in the CGFNS website. It says in the vermont website that i need to go "section 13b and indicate Vermont Board of Nursing as the second recipient for the CES report" but i just can't seem to locate that "section 13b". Im really sorry if it sounds such a retarded question. But anyhow, thank you. :)

Is it still possible to apply for licenceure by Examination to Vermont? I sat my NCLEX about 4 years ago now!

Hi comeonlucas! I have the same problem in finding the right CES report for Vermont license requirement. I can't find any other post talking about it. So finally which one is comparable to the full course by course report in CGFNS. Is it the Professional CES or the Academic report CES? Thank you!

who's from Phils. here?

Inezarochette: i'm applying for CES too right now and because there are no other options other than professional and academic, i chose the former. It fits well the vermont requirement. Anyway, here's a link that may be helpful to those who wish to take the nclex: CGFNS International
