Endorsement Application to Vermont

I'm from the Philippiens. I passed the California-NCLEX. Since I'm having problems acquaring a valid SSN, I'm planning to endorse my California-NCLEX to State of Vermont just so that I could get a permanent license in US. Supposed I already got RN license in Vermont and already working there as a nurse, is it still possible for me to reaaply my NCLEX in California (without having to retake the test) eventhough it has long been expired? My relatives are in California and I want to be as closed to them as possible. I will apprecaite any form of response.:)

CGFNS will email your report but you still need to complete an application for Vermont. They will then make a decision and let you know whether they will issue a license or not

thanks for your quick reply. VT BON has already received my application which includes candidate report, photocopy of passport, copy of visascreen certificate, copy of liscence) and the $150 fee. Now that my CES report is mailed already to VT BON, will I just wait for their approval?

Yes, if they have received everything else then it is a case of wait for an answer

My license is already mailed to my brother in law US address. Thanks that everything went alright.

hi everyone I passed Nclex Ca last yr and i want to endorse my license to Vt... I read all of the post in this topic and i need your help. I went to CGFNS site ang looked for the CES application form and i cant seem to find it...

I already printed out silverdragon's step...

Side story... I went to NEAC and ask them to help me endorse my license to Vt. after reading this forum I already have an idea on how much should I pay for my endorsement... They were asking for "PRE ENDORSEMENT FEE of $335" and I ask them if CES for CGFNS in already included in that payment and they said "no"... these are the actual payment they sent me

$335 ------------ Pre-Endorsement fee

$39 ------------- Mailing & handling & money draft asst.

$41.44 ---------- NEAC Service fee (Initial fee to start with your application)

did any of you pay for "pre endorsement fee"? because paying $335 for just service fee i think is a total rip off....

hey guys... i have the same situation with you having my nclex result for cali about to expire ds nov. 2011... huhuhu... :c so i planned to start processing my endorsement to vermont... and i have to say,.. this is quite informative reading several tips from you guys... m now making a request letter to cali to get a copy of my candidate report with photo... is it ok to send this through fedex? dn, how many weeks do we have to wait before receiving the copy? thnx so much and looking forward for some reply,... c:

are you already registered with another state? looking at their website they are accepting 2 companies for assessment

the state of vermont works directly with two credentialing agencies. you may conduct your credentials review with either company; their contact information is listed below. please request your vermont-specific credentials

evaluation service (ces) report prior to applying to the state of vermont, as it may take several weeks for the credentials evaluation to be completed

no i'm not registered with another state but planning to take nclex for vermont..thank you so much for your response..i've already seen the application for vermont from the website you sent,,hmm can i ask if that is the new application for vermont? because i already downloaded the other application that is different from the one you sent.
