A lot will depend on where you was born however EB3 regardless is under retrogression and you will have a long long wait for a visa, doesn't matter that you are in the US already you just join the long queue
I am actually from Lebanon how about EB2, I have 10 years of experience and have a geriatric certificate from the ANA.I have a bachelor degree and the position is management.what do you think?
You will still have to meet EB2 requirements and the job has to meet requirements and the employer has to prove that they can not employer locally a USC or someone who already has PR. The good think is currently EB2 for is current therefore as long as you meet requirements etc the process should be quick

EB2 is for advanced degree professionals. The position must require the advanced degree too I believe. A BSN is not generally sufficient for EB2 - but see an immigration lawyer with experience in this area
