  2. hello everyone, does anyone knows if it is faisable to obtain a EB2 or EB3 based greencard thru an employer,anyone heard about this at all.I am trying to get a work permit to be able to work since I am here with my husband and I have an H4 visa.I had a job offer for a DON position but the employer is trying to find out if it is faisable to get the right paper work to start working ASAP.any RN got their grenncards like this or work permit, please help
  3. hello, I need help, I am on an H4 visa, I was working in the US for 4 years when I was on j2 but i recently changed my status to h4 since I had to follow my husband who is on h1 to a new state. I am ready to go back to work. I am a certified geriatric nurse and worked in management and was offered a director of nursing position in a skilled nursing unit. they said that they are willing to help me with my paperwork. I know, i need a lawyer but am I going to be able to get the h1.my employer don't have information on the subject. is the employer supposed to pay the attorney's fee. what should I do to speed up the process?please help
