I created this to find people who have applied to the Emory MN Program for Fall 24

I just applied to round 2 for Fall 24

update: I called the nursing admissions to see if I could be considered for round 1 as my application was 2 weeks late to round 1 deadline and they said if they get through the applications fast enough they may consider people who submitted a bit after the round 1 deadline

Nope...Deciding on the nursing path was a super recent decision for me. I am finishing up my last year in undergrad right now as a psychology major but I am taking 3 prereqs from johns hopkins online this semester and then 4 next semester. They will all be done before the Summer of 2024 which I made sure to state in my application. My GPA is a 3.58 and I wrote the optional personal statement as well.

just wondering but where on the application did you state when you'd complete all your pre-reqs? I applied for round 1 and I have one more pre-req I need to take (Microbiology). I didn't mention when I would complete it in my application so I hope that won't ruin my chances of admission ://

on my application portal there is a pre-requisite form that I could fill out stating where I took my pre requisites and if they were completed or not. For the not completed ones I just put in progress and then the anticipated completion date. But im sure if you only have one left it won't hurt you!

I applied for round 1 and for anyone else that also did, decision letters come out one week from today. Good luck to everyone!

super super nervous! I've read in past threads that sometimes decisions come out early on OPUS so I literally check it every day just to see if it updates LOL

I'm super nervous too! And I didn't know that, how early do you think decisions would come out on OPUS?

I have no idea! I read in past threads that some people found out like a week early but some people didn't find out till 5pm on the dot of the decision day. I check everyday around 5 since thats the end of the business day just to see if it changed at all. I've also seen some people say that on their opus it adds a little "pay admissions deposit" button to accepted people before it even changes to accepted
