Emory New RN Residency Fall 2015

Hey, so I haven't seen any new threads pop up about the next round of Emory's new grad residencies. Has anyone applied recently/heard anything? I'm scheduled for an interview at Midtown on the 30th, but I'd like to talk to/hear from others going through the process or those who have already been through it. Anyone know if the interview is just the group, or if you pass the group interview and then have to come back for another one-on-one? I'm from out-of-state.

What did it change to? I received an offer Friday and mine still says 'under consideration'. Oh and which hospital?

It says offer accepted/offer declined/hired. Lol, I suppose that covers all of their bases! It's for EUH, Alex from HR is who called me, and my offer is from oncology. I have not received the formal offer yet. Does anybody know the official start date? I was so excited when he called that I forgot to ask.

Oh mine still hasn't changed, but then again I'm working with Amanda Kranz at Midtown location. When she called me she said late July/early August, but who knows.

I kinda want to email Amanda and ask if they're done with phone calls for women's services so that I know to move on. But then I don't want to seem pushy... :unsure:

HR is not the person who makes decisions, so it does not matter if you call or email her..

This is true, but HR is the one who makes the calls though and they would know her status....

No, I wouldn't ask about my specific status - that is pushy. I would just ask if the calls for women's services were through, and I'd think Amanda would know that since she's the only one giving out the calls for that and there are only 10 apparently getting the job. But I don't think I'll do it. At least not until after tomorrow.

I interviewed at EUH and my status says what the above poster mentioned "offer accepted/declined etc lol, I interviewd on Tuesday and received offer on Friday AM from HR. HR advised that they were working on official offer letters and they should go out by the end of week hopefully. Just keep your ringer on!

I just received my contract for Emory University Hospital so they are starting to go out!
