Emory Master of Nursing (MN) 2021

The Fall 2021 application for Emory opens tomorrow so I wanted to create this thread for people to connect, share experiences with the application process, and stats (if you choose to). Good luck everyone!!

That's a great point! This is the post I saw in the Emory MSN group:

 

"I guess they already sent out their scholarship offers? I contacted them and they said they sent them out this week? So, I can only assume if we didn't hear anything then we aren't offered any scholarships?"

Yeah that’s basically a whole different school so I wouldn’t read too much into that...and she doesn’t seem sure anyway. Let’s hope we hear soon ??

OK so here is an update from admissions:

The Financial Aid office is working to get out packages as soon as possible. All scholarship decisions will go out by tomorrow (Friday). If you receive a scholarship you will be contacted directly via email.

Hi everyone!

So the MN program is 4 semesters but is one of them a Summer? Trying to understand how the accelerated portion breaks down. Thanks!

Hello! I am considering last minute applying to the MN pre-licensure program but am a little confused by the deadlines. I thought the whole application was due 1/15, was there a 12/1 deadline I missed already? Thanks in advance!

Yes, there was a 12/1 deadline and the next deadline is 1/15. I believe that is the final one. Good Luck!

Yes, the 12/1 deadline has passed. I don’t think it’s too late to still shoot for submitting your application now before the next 1/15 deadline. I submitted my application about a week later after the priority deadline and still received my notice on time. I did the personal statement and sent in recommendation letters as well and submitted everything for the most part the same day. Other than that, I think you should go for it! Good luck!
