Emory Fall 09

Is anyone applying or have applied to Emory for the Fall 09 Semester. I have read in other threads from a couple of years ago that if you apply in November that you can here if you are accepted in January. Is that true? I have applied for the second degree program.

I was able to see the decision twice, but after I paid the deposit to secure my spot in the class, I couldn't see the decision anymore.

I hear you dohzenoff! How excruciating. Are we sure segue students will be hearing only by snail mail? From what I can tell from following this site (I just discovered it on Friday), we don't really know when segue applicants will hear about decisions, right? All of you who have heard back are standard 2nd degree BSN applicants? Congratulations by the way!

Well I'm a segue applicant and I know our decisions are coming by mail. However, I have a link to pay my deposit online so I'm gonna assume I'm in too!

BTW Brittany & dohzenoff, I wouldn't panic if your decision isn't online, based on a post by a current student earlier that said hers didn't post until she was in the program! Who knows how accurate it is. My decision letter online says that official letters will be mailed out this week, so even if you don't see anything online, wait for your mail! Good Luck! Is anyone else trying to decide between Yale, Johns Hopkins & Emory?

ugh, this is so frustrating! mine still says my decision isn't available and i don't have any links on my account i don't think it's looking too good for me... but i'm still waiting and hoping for that acceptance letter in the mail!

Consider good juju sent! Remember, too, that they may be responding based on the order completed applications were received. Mine was all in by Dec 17th, and didn't you say your last rec didn't get in until January? Have faith and keep your chin up!

Thanks for the encouragement Lauralou! Yeah, my last rec didn't get submitted until after the new year so maybe since my app didn't get in until closer to the deadline my decisions coming out a little later. Keep your fingers crossed!
