EMORY ABSN+MSN 2018

So I decided to start a thread for the Fall 2018. Any current/prospective student on here? What GPA did you have when you applied and how competitive is the selection process? If you don't mind sharing your work experience and GRE score, that will be awesome. For those who are enrolled, do you mind sharing your experience?

I just called them and they told me to submit it anyway. I hope this doesn't affect my decision tomorrow... :(

I wouldn't worry, since decision day is tomorrow I think their selections have been made already. Now it is a matter of letting us know. You will do great! I'm also an applicant to the midwifery specialty so fingers cross for the both of us tomorrow!

"You will receive an email tomorrow after 5PM saying you have a status update in your application portal. The decision will be posted there !"

I just sent them an email asking and that was their response!

Thanks for letting us know! Will check mine tomorrow and see what the results are!

Ohhh guys I'm so anxious awaiting the decision! The note about 5PM is very helpful, I'm glad someone ventured to email. But I think I'm still gonna be nervously checking all day... :s

Do y'all think they will release decisions for ABSN and ABSN+MSN programs together?

I have a "pay admission deposit" button now on my OPUS homepage so that's a good sign! The "official" decision isn't up yet though.

Absolutely torn between Emory and the other school I applied to. Does anyone have a general idea how generous Emory is with financial aid? Being a private institution and all. I know they release financial aid decisions in a month!

Wow, that definitely sounds like a good sign, I'm envious!!! I don't have that on mine, I don't think.

Anyway, everyone please post when you know something. I'm driving myself crazy today! I know I should just wait for the email from them that it's posted, but I just can't help it

I have that button now too! No official yes or no either though!

It's at the bottom of the main page under "Admissions". It says $300 -- but still no "official" decision.
