So I decided to start a thread for the Fall 2018. Any current/prospective student on here? What GPA did you have when you applied and how competitive is the selection process? If you don't mind sharing your work experience and GRE score, that will be awesome. For those who are enrolled, do you mind sharing your experience?
Are you sure? From what I hear it's supposed to be 180k total!
it could be - however - i just looked online! This was under cost of attendance under the BSN and MSN program: "The cost of attendance budget is considered sufficient to support a basic lifestyle for a single student. It does not include expenses for dependents, travel, vacations, or luxury items such as automobiles, household furniture, or appliances. The estimated cost of attendance for 2017-2018 for a full time AMSN student enrolled for fall, spring and summer semesters is $92,509. This is not the amount you will owe. The cost of attendance is not the amount you will pay for the year. The cost of attendance is the budget used to determine the financial aid amount offered each year and is more than a student's full time tuition and fees to provide assistance for living expenses if needed."
Hi, I have only applied for the ABSN program but I'm wondering if anyone knows if completing financial aid through OPUS is a requirement for admissions? I would rather wait for decisions to be released because I know FASFA can be a pain and I'm studying for exams right now. If it is part of the decision process obviously I'll go ahead and compete it asap.
There's something new on my application portal. It's called "Student Request Form" and it says it's required. It asks me for my name, email, date of birth, and my current program. Does anybody else have this on their application?
Hey cnmeg,
Did you apply to the FNP/Nurse Midwifery dual program? If so, the program is no longer being offered and they require that we select a single program. I completed the same form a couple of weeks ago.

As @nurseb_2NP stated, if you selected the dual FNP/CNM specialty you will need to select a single specialty. If you look on page 8 of this thread you will see Emory admissions explaining the process when we submitted our forms a few weeks ago.
Does anyone know how we're notified tomorrow? Is it an email, the application page where the checklist appears?
"You will receive an email tomorrow after 5PM saying you have a status update in your application portal. The decision will be posted there !"
I just sent them an email asking and that was their response!
