So I decided to start a thread for the Fall 2017. Any current/prospective student on here? What GPA did you have when you applied and how competitive is the selection process? If you don't mind sharing your work experience and GRE score, that will be awesome. For those who are enrolled, do you mind sharing your experience?
I applied to the FNP speciality too. Got my GRE waived due to already having a masters degree in public health. Submitted my application a few weeks ago and it appears they started the review of transcript as my pre-reqs which were previously "x" are now green checks. I also heard 2 weeks ago that review of submitted applications starts in a few weeks....
When did you get green checks on your prereqs? Mine are still red.

hey guys! emory is my top choice since i'm an alumni (got my bachelors there a few years ago) and it's so close to home. cGPA: 3.7, prereq GPA: 3.9. the only thing that's keeping me away is the high tuition cost. $100k+? yikes. i already have student loans so i don't fancy adding more than i have to. i applied to the absn+msn program, but depending on the aid given, i might decelerate to absn only. i submitted my app 2 weeks ago, and all but my prereqs have green marks. constantly refreshing the status page during the weekdays for any changes haha.
no plans on taking the GRE unless i have to. hoping to have it waived to be honest!
