So I decided to start a thread for the Fall 2017. Any current/prospective student on here? What GPA did you have when you applied and how competitive is the selection process? If you don't mind sharing your work experience and GRE score, that will be awesome. For those who are enrolled, do you mind sharing your experience?
We are working diligently to have financial aid packages released for students on February 15th. If you have already submitted a FAFSA, the main Office of Financial Aid is reviewing your eligibility for need-based aid opportunities. Once a need-based award is available for you to view, you will be sent an email directing you to view your updates on OPUS. Concurrently, the Office of Enrollment and Student Affairs is working to award merit-based aid scholarships by February 15th. If you are awarded a merit-based scholarship, you will get a separate electronic communication directly from the Office of Enrollment and Student Affairs and you will see the merit-based award in OPUS at a later date.
Following is a relative list of neighborhoods that are close to the campus. It is not intended to be a complete listing. It is provided only to assist students who may be unfamiliar with the Atlanta area while they are reviewing classified ads and listings.

Local apartment finder services might be an option for some students. The residence Life web page lists some suggestions. The local newspapers also offer classified ads that are a great resource and they can be accessed online.

Hi, is there anyone who was admitted into the program but cannot attend the Admitted Students' Day? I live in California and will not be able to attend due to personal circumstances. Also, does Emory have a regular MSN program and an accelerated MSN program? I was really confused because on the financial aid page their nursing website, they have a tab that says "Accelerated MSN financial aid 2017", and right below it there is "MSN and DNP financial aid 2017." You can also find this on their Admitted Students Day page - they have a schedule for MSN students and another schedule for AMSN students. I have never heard of AMSN at Emory and now I don't know which one it is out of the two that I've been admitted into.
What does your acceptance letter say?

I received an email about 30 minutes ago about additional financial aid appointment slots. I clicked on all of them and they were already booked up.
