Hi everyone,
I thought I would get a thread started for the Emory ABSN/MSN 2016 application cycle. I am going to the information session next Friday, July 24th for the program.
Has anyone else started to get ready for this application cycle?
Hello lyndsmar
yes you can turn things in by the 15th of December. I will be taking my GRE exam in November as well. October is just the first deadline. They gave us deadlines as guidance to have apps turned in. Oct apps will be reviewed and a decision will be made by Dec 15th.., same timeframe applies for Dec 15th.
Hello all --
I am am applying to ASBN/MSN for 2016 and submitted my application Friday which was incredibly simple... Which makes me nervous!! I am in Raleigh, NC and will likely not make it down for an info session. I am just curious how many applicants are accepted for the individual programs. I am also confused about this new application process. Will we be notified of acceptance/denial after the 7-10 day review period or just if we need to send additional information?
Thanks for any input y'all may have!
Hello everyone!
I have applied to the ABSN program at Emory University. I am super nervous. I was wondering what kind of feedback you all have received.
For me, I have recieved an email stating that I needed to create a OPUS account because my file is currently or has already been reviewed. From what I've been reading, that is where we will find the admission decision. They have also requested that I send them test scores. Test scores are not needed for ABSN but for MSN. Also, I called and asked when the first batch of decisions will be released and I was told the first week of October!
Good luck to you all!

Yes! It now has 4 deadlines for guidance but keep in mind the sooner the better. For ABSN programs December 15th is the latest.
