to email or not to email my instructor about my grade...

ok guys i recently just made a post about how i was 2 points away from passing my anatomy class. long story short i did put a lot of effort into the class i just had a hard time with my teachers tests their very tricky and the final was very hard. i am in my universitys nursing program all i need is this a&pII class to for sure be in for the fall (i took this class at my local community college). my question is should i email my teacher pretty much begging her to give me the 2 points? i know its pathetic but i dont know what else to do right now cause there arent any classes i can take during the summer.

Should i email her?

what should i say? ( i dont want to sound like im truely begging)

Im not blaming anyone i said it was my fault. This teacher and many other teachers have let things slide with students so i figured i would just give it a try by just talking to her im not actually begging her thats just the word i happen to use when i posted this question. i dont expect her to give me these points at all, i just wanted to talk to her about it and see if she could help me or even help me get into a class down there since there all filled because i need to take it over the summer. Im not a dumb person i pass my other a&p class with an A this semester i had a lot going on and i was taking care of a sick family member (not an excuse i know, im just saying) so my mind was in other places a lot of the time. i have a 3.8 gpa which i have worked very hard to get. I didnt want to offend anyone by this post i was just looking for some advice since i was in a sticky situation with school since i am in the nursing program, passed my kaplan test, have everything done and ready, uniform orderd for my clincials and just one class is holding me back by 2 points. I am willing to re take the class i have no problem with it i just need to get into a class which maybe this teacher can help me with that, i get it i didnt earn the points and i never expected her to just give me the points i just wanted to talk to her, get her opinion, have her give me my final test grade since she didnt post them, and look over my grade ( people do make mistakes) i just wanted to be sure there is nothing missing as far as my grades go or if there is anyway at all she can help me. again im sorry if i ticked anyone off because some people seem pretty fired up about it, that wasnt my point to this post and i wasnt actually begging her i just needed some advice and wanted to see what other people would have said about it. i do actually understand this material very well i just went totally blank that day of the final, i knew the material like the back of my hand this is why i dont understand how i didnt pass, nobody elses fault but mine and my brain. again thank you though everyone for your comments.

We all really do wish you the best of luck. If you are able to make up the 2points then great ! You should count your lucky stars and chop this up as a huge learning experience. If you must repeat the class at least you will gain a better understanding and I'm sure you will pass the next time around.

You seem really upset about it and I'm sure its' not easy. I couldn't imagine having everything already to go for nursing school but then fail a class. I would be distraught too.

offer to write a paper or something for extra credit!!!! dont listen to these ppl , do what you go to do , if this makes you not have to take the class again!!!

i would do more than beg!!! lol repeating a class is terrible !!!!

no need to worry anyone im not getting the points nor am i able to even view my grade that i got on our actual final. she hasnt responded to my email or the email i sent to her weeks ago asking what my grade was that i got on my final because i wanted to know before grades came out.
