I am starting online RN-BSN via Chamberlain College of Nursing from July. Just wondering if any nurses out there who will be starting the program or in the program>
Any suggestion/idea is appreciated as it will be my first online program...........
Thank you!!!!
People continue to move around the modules to prepare for the exams. Nobody ever had to buy them from TCN.
Let me repeat this. TCN doesn't make any products for Chamberlain, period. You clearly stated that "Chamberlain's exams use study modules from TCN," and that simply isn't true. Chamberlain's program isn't even exam-based. Where are you getting this information?
I have finally finish all my BSN courses as of 2/28/10 I am officailly done. Good luck to all still working to get that BSN in 2010 if you need any advised let me know. Finished this program in 8 months not bad for a wife mother of two who works full time. Awaiting to hear if I got in to FNP school I will let you guys know how it goes.
Congratulations!! That is fabulous. :)
I did take 3 class at a time to get finish quickly I took statistics at a community college while I was taking the first nursing class and sociology with chamberlain. Then in the B session I took three nursing classes. Then the next semester I took three more nursing classes in session A. When it was time for session B all I had to take was the capstone and economics. It was a lot but I want to be done quickly I am ready to be done with school for ever the sooner I become a FNP the better. My kids are proably gettting tired of eating fish sticks and chicken nuggets because I had to study so much I did not have time to cook a big meal. I did it graduating with a 3:59 GPA so it is definetly possible stay positive.
Yes I know how you feel, the first semester I was taking a human lactation class during both sessions with 2 classes each. Next session I have three nursing classes and then econ and capstone. glad to know it can be done, although just a little nervous to try to keep up... I'm trying to propose a position at my hospital in the midst of this and study for my IBCLC exam and going on vacation. I guess I will be telling my son to get ready for easy dinners too! And the laundry forget it! HAHA... it's all worth it thoughto get this schoool thing over with!
