We are a small school district but do have electronic charting but not MARs. Those are paper! Kind of frustrating. Any of you have a program for charting and MARs at your school? Who is still doing everything paper?

SNAP can be leased, it is a comprehensive program. Wonderful system.

Our district uses CareDox...you can chart visits, meds, screenings, immunizations... I believe it's free.

We use SNAP as well in our district. It has an electronic MAR that I really started using last year full time for my students with daily and PRN meds. I still created paper MARs for each student for downtime or if I have to delegate medication administration to my (trained) attendance secretary.
Other schools in the area use PowerSchool and Infinite Campus for electronic documentation. I have never seen either program for nursing documentation. We use Infinite Campus for other stuff, but not nursing documentation.

We use Infinite campus for everything. Has been used for years for student info, attendance, grades, and when I took over, I started using it for health office visits and medications. Before that, all visits and meds were charted on paper.

In my last district we used Skyward for office visits but still charted meds on med cards. In my new district this year we use Synergy and it has a place for charting meds so I do actually have an electronic MAR.
