It depends on who grades your careplan. ;)

Anyway, my careplan book says that the r/t part can be "inability to ingest or digest food or absorb nutrients because of biological, psychological, or economic factors." So it can be a nursing dx. There is also a risk for aspiration... dx. I hope I could help a little.

Katie

Cool! Thank you for the input!!!!! And you did help!!!! :D I say it's a psychosocial factor so there ya go.

did I spell it right?

Specializes in Postpartum/Nursery.

Thanks you guys!!!! Pharm was definitely more challenging this semester, and there were soooooo many drugs covered on one test. Our class average is a 44 though...

I haven't even started typing my major care plan yet! I need to focus on the respiratory exam....

Yes! It means thanks. Where did you find it?

Wait, I know. You have nothing to do during spring break so you want to start learning Hungarian. ;)

My major is due tomorrow!!! I don't have time to wait :lol2:

AND the best news of it all- CLINICAL WAS CANCELED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My instructor is sick (which is not good either) but I needed this day so badly. Thank you God!

I saw it on the internet a couple of weeks ago and I meant to say it then so I'm glad I remembered how to spell it. I saw that it was Hungarian and it made me think of you :D

OK...I have as list for 3rd semester drugs. Providing they don't do away with the "Pharm Tests", I have a question for y'all.

Did they ever give you 'cards'? If not, are you responsible for what is only found in KEE, or a certain drug book?

Drug book's info really shouldn't be different, but some give more than the other.

We ran into that with our med check off -- instructor wanted to know stuff that wasn't on our cards or drug book. Oops.

No cards, but there is a short review packet for 3rd semester drugs. They say you should use Kee for drug info.

Ok.....The reason I ask is, as you probably know, the pharm cards have SOOOOOOO much more information than Kee does on most of the drugs.

hey guys,

I need some help from you wise 3rd sem. students ,

I am doing my nursing diagnosis list for my major care plan

ok, I have this knowledge deficit diagnosis, I know that normally this would go way down at the end, but what if I have a bunch of risk for diagnosis , do I list those first, and than the actual knowledge deficit diagnosis, ( this one is not a risk for , it is actual), or do I put that one before I start with the risk for...

I am stuck:o

I also have a risk for Powerlessness, so that's confusing me even more.
