i know some of us have received our letters so i was wondering who else i will be making this journey with for the next 2 years.
my name is allison shaffer and it's nice to meet you. i know we will all be close because it's a small group. it would be nice to get to know some of you before november 17. :)
I just found out everyone in my clinical group except one person didn't pass.....wow...that's a lot. We all missed exactly 9. That one math problem was tricky and it was only tricky because I didn't read through the whole thing...:smackingf I cannot make these mistakes on the floor. I must learn from this.
Can this be a nursing dx? Imbalanced nutrition: less than body requirements r/t fear of aspiration. I don't know if that's mixing physiological with a psychosocial and they're really 2 separate nursing dx. I'm writing mup my major cp and that's what's going on with my pt. She's on apsiration precautions and she's afraid to eat because she doesn't want to aspirate. Are there 2 separate dx there or can I combine the two? I appreciate any advice. Thank you!!!

It depends on who grades your careplan.
Anyway, my careplan book says that the r/t part can be "inability to ingest or digest food or absorb nutrients because of biological, psychological, or economic factors." So it can be a nursing dx. There is also a risk for aspiration... dx. I hope I could help a little.
