I had been thinking about starting this thread all week and forgot about it. I guess the time has finally come! Class starts on Monday. I've been doing some of the ADAM labs to get ahead, but haven't done any of the "Beyond Adam" questions in the lab. I'm planning to start reading this weekend as well. Anybody remember what chapter A&P 1 left off with?

No, my grade isn't up for it either. I was wondering about it too.
I had e-mailed him about my unit 6 test last weekend and he was almost helpful in his reply - he said that it was graded correctly but all the ones that I missed were true/false, so I might want to pay more attention to the wording of those questions next time. That was almost helpful! I'm going to try to take the unit 7 test tonight. Wish me luck!
That is a bummer! Oh gosh.. This is my first professor which did not round up.. kinda stinks.. Oh well.. do u think u will end up pulling an A.. Im thru with the tests, and well, i think i will have a b for sure, like an 87.
I really don't know - it all depends on the last test (no pressure there!) How did you think the unit test 8 was? Still a lot of questions on there from the end of the chapter? I always like it when it I get to those! I doubt I will get to that test until next Tuesday or Wednesday, but if I get things accomplished ahead of schedule today I may consider it - I've read it and done the homework, just haven't really studied it and looked over the outlines. I just don't want to end up with an 89.something ! Being so close to an A and not getting it is horrible - I did that this spring in 2 classes.
In case I'm not around anymore today - everybody enjoy your last weekend of A&P and I'll see ya next week sometime (I'm going out of town for a few days).
Unit 8- not bad.. Study your outline..very helpful to me this time, and as always study the end of chapter questions.. he likes to ask those, doesnt he? I think there were about 4 or so.. alot from outline, though.. Have fun on your vacation.. We are going to the beach on Mon--Cant wait!
How's everyone doing? I finished unit 8 last night. I think (assuming I get 30/30 on discussion and homework) that I will end with a 94% :) . Better than A&PI...ended that w/ a B (but then again only 3 people passed out of 20 so I guess I was just lucky I didn't fail it). Hope you guys did well on the last exam, certainly thought it was the easiest out of them all. Mel
Way to go Mel! I fell below the A line afte the last test and now need a 44 or better on unit 8 test - no pressure there! I felt a little better think that he would round up, so now I'm a little stressed because he doesn't. I'm taking the test tomorrow. I'll be so glad to be done with this!

I thought it was by far the easiest test. Study the review questions at the end...probably 7 or 8 of them came from there on my exam. I thought most of it was more general knowledge stuff, like just "skim the chapter" instead of read every sentence 2 or 3 times. Oh well, hope you get your A!! Mel

I was wondering, does anyone know of a quickie general psyh class I could take and be done with before Sept 15th? Deadline for nursing school application is the 30th. well, I made a B last time, and I really need to try for an A.. if you do know of one, could you let me know? Thank you..
