Hello! Is anyone applying for Edison(Lee campus) for fall of next year? I plan on applying in the spring for the evening program. I'm also in the process of finishing my last pre reqs and studying for the Hesi. I know the evening program is about 5 semesters but does anyone know if its shorter when all pre reqs are completed? So far I've gotten all A's in them. Thanks in advance
What thread was that. Do you remember.

I hope you get the call today. I think a couple people gave up their seats to attend FGCU and Nova. Fingers crossed!
I honestly don't know of anyone with less than 85 get into lee campus. I believe 85-90 range is good but I talked to the director there is actually no cut off number it depends how smart ppl are that semester. But with 80 points you will definately get accepted but maybe not lee campus. I have the same struggle it is hard to get all As ya know but you will accepted into the program it's better than not getting accepted at all.
I just got a call that I need to pass the background check and I got in and I only had 79 points (I still have 3 pre req's to get in - taking A&P2 now) My guess is that some people have not applied thinking they wouldn't get in - I figured it was worth the $15 just in case... SO Anyone who is questioning it - skip your next 3 coffees out and apply - you might get in....it's worth it.....

Were you accepted into the lee campus?
I got a 91 on my HESI and am taking A&P2 this summer (it's a lot so it didn't count at all for my points) BUT I still have micro and a humanities to take so I figured it was a slim chance - either way I have a friend who didn't 'chance' it a few years ago and she said she kicked herself later b/c she found out that a few people made it in with like 68 pts - just b/c so many people said they didn't think they'd get in with their points and didn't apply so I figured it was worth the $15 - I couldn't be any worse off if I didn't get in.

Well now I feel more confident to apply next year. Thank you! There's a few classes I didn't finish either but I guess I have time to finish them. Are you in the day program or evening?

Congrats on making it in! I didn't think I was going to get in either I only had 80 points and I'm taking ap2 and micro this summer. Actually I just got out of class and I have a classmate who made it into Charlotte with me and she applied with only 73 points! I kid you not! She's super smart but missing the same classes I am and she just took a shot at applying. A lot of people didn't apply this cycle bc they didn't think that they had enough points. I'm guilty of the same thing. I came on here right before the deadline worrying about not getting in but I did. The Hesi literally makes or breaks you and it all depends on who's applying with you that cycle. Congrats again to all who made it in! This time in 2016 we will all be graduate nurses! I wish you all much success in the fall. I promise to keep you all updated throughout the program :)
