EC Information Literacy course ques.

I spoke with an admission counselor who updated my evaluation summary and the only course needed for general education is information literacy. Can I fulfill the requirement without going through EC like a CLEP course? I don't know what to do? The IL course is expensive for a 1 credit P/F course. Any advice?

no you would just have an offical transcript sent from Penn Foster to EC and then when you enroll they will update it in with you actual official transcript.

Can someone tell me if there were any hidden fees for the course? How long did it take you finish the course with Penn Foster? And how long have you been waiting for your transcript to be mailed to EC?

no hidden fees. took me about 2-3 hours. i have an email from ann gardner that says they were mailed out the 15th, but just got off the phone with penn foster and the guy i spoke with told me they were not mailed out until the 18th. i know 3 days doesn't sound like much, but i'm trying to make the november graduation. i guess it will be december for me. :down::mad:
