So I'm interveiwing for Baycare EAYL tuesday and I'm sooo nervous. I have been googeling and looking everywhere for info that might ease my mind alittle bit. here is some info so that you might not have to dig as hard as I did. You must go to the Health Education center and get the check list stamped. Also you must apply on Baycare's web site and wait for there email. Only TWELVE applicants are selected twice a year. Good luck to those applying I'll see you there and I'll post after my interveiw.

I got accepted last pick and am in my first semester Nursing 1....The program is AWESOME!!! And something else that was awesome...Normally they pick 12/semester, but last semester they took 24! They got a nother professor to teach Nursing 1 to take the extra students. So MAYBE they will do it again this time for you guys! Just be yourself at the interviews and make them see how bad you want it! Good luck! :)

Interviewing tomorrow too! Looking forward to learning more and getting that hurdle behind me. Thanks for the reassurance Morgan0429!!

Wow, I would feel a little more confident w/24. I keep that in my head. Thanks for the info!

I've earned a second interveiw!! It's the week of June 12th. I cant wait, looks like everything is finally comming together.

Congrats! Thats awesome you got a call back already! I remember it took almost a month for a call last time! Good luck on #2!!! :)

Awesome! Keeping my fingers crossed that Sharon and I get a call too!!

Fingers and toes both crossed mabey we'll see each other in class!

Your second interview is not until June????

Hey Morgan, What Kind of questions can you expect from 2nd interview?. Is she talks a lot or you have to do all the talking.

In the second interview is kind of akward...lol...It is just you and Deb in a room and she reads more interview questions off of a sheet of paper and she writes down your responses. From what I remember, the questions are a lot like the ones from the first inerview..."tell me about yourself"..."a stressful work situation and how you handled it"...."was there a time where you didn't get along with your co-worker and how did you handle it?"..."when did you show compassion?"...those types of questions. I am sure they mixed up the questions this time around. She is nice, but it is akward because you walk out of the interview not really knowing how it went. She doesn't give you much emotion or conversation to go off of to give you the reassurance of how you did. Everyone I have talked to said the same. Its not that bad...the interview lasted about 20-30min.

So, the second interview went pretty well. But at the end she told me that they intervview untill the end of the month. Has anyone herd if they are accepted yet. The suspense is awful.
