Hey Everybody!
I was recently accepted into the Duquesne University Second Degree program. I added this to for anybody else accepted!
I've been accepted too to Duquesne 2nd degree program! I'm still waiting on one more program decision to decide where I want to go but Duquesne is in my top three programs to attend. Is this Facebook page a thing? I looked but couldn't find it. Also, has anyone looked at the price difference between on campus vs. off campus living? I'm trying to save as much money as possible with tuition being over $50K for the program. I'm pretty stoked for August to be here regardless where I end up!!
Hi all! I too was accepted to Duquesne's 2nd degree program, and am just waiting from a decision from one other school before I finalize where I'll enroll! But it is highly likely that I'll be moving to Pittsburgh this summer to attend Duquesne :) I'm also having some trouble finding a facebook group for our graduating year. If anyone know's of a FB page started, I'd love to connect with our cohort!
Hey everyone, congrats on getting accepted into the program. I am currently in the program and just wanted to give you some info that may factor into you making your decision and that they might not have told you. We just received an email the today from the school about the grading scale they are going to use starting in the Fall '17.
Here's what it, A (95-100), A-(92-94.99), B+(89-91.99), B(86-88.99), B-(83-85.99), C+(78-82.99), C(74-77.99), D(65-73.99), F(64.99 and below). They do not round your grade either at the end of the semester or on test (even if you have a 91.99 they won't round it to a 92. The current grading scale we have does not have plus or minus.
Hope this is helpful.
Sent my application in on February 13th and still waiting to hear back. I got the confirmation email that everything had been received on March 15 so hopefully some time in the next week or so I'll get a decision. I just got accepted to NYU and I'm leaning toward their program since it's closer to home for me, but Duquesne is definitely a bit more affordable so we'll see. Congrats to all who have been accepted!

I think to start a Facebook group the person who makes it has to be friends with the initial people added to the group
