Duquesne University Second Degree BSN Nursing Class of 2018

Hey Everybody!

I was recently accepted into the Duquesne University Second Degree program. I added this to for anybody else accepted!

We are't using the that grading scale right now, we don't have + or -. Getting an A is definitely doable with our grading scale, like any program you just have to put in the time. With the new grading scale I'm sure it'll be possible just harder and you'll need to put in more time since you'll need a 95 instead of a 92. But I know plenty of people in the 1st semester who got As and a decent amount who ended the semester with over a 3.5. I would say that the 2nd semester (in currently) is more challenging. Idk if this helps at all but hope it does. If you have any other questions hopefully I can answer them.

I've been accepted into Duquesne's second degree BSN as well and am so excited to start!

Does anyone know why the FB group was removed? Should we try to create a new one?

I was just given permission to apply to the program even though I missed the application deadline. Does anyone know when the deposit is due? Trying to get an idea of when I might hear a decision. Thanks!

I'm pretty certain the deposit is due may 1, it's $500

Has anybody made the Facebook page? I cannot seem to find it. If not, I can make one asap.

Hi! I was also accepted, and am still trying to decide on where I will be going! I really want to go but am not sure how to afford that hefty tuition.... Has anyone made a FB page yet?
