I called the recruitment office regarding ED interviews, and she told me that they did interview the "top candidates" and will continue to look at applications as needed.

Otherwise, no other news or status changes on my application!

Hi everyone,

sorry I haven't been on earlier, finished up my last exams of nursing school (well, until grad school)! YAYY!! Ok so I got the email on 11/15. My interview is 11/25. The email from HR said they would be contacting multiple candidates because several would be interviewing and shadowing that day. I agree with the previous poster, I think every unit works at their own pace. My status just changed this week to "hiring manager review". To answer another question, we had to put 3 areas of interest to work mine were adult hem/onc, ped hem/onc and general med/surg...in that order. But, it will be good for me to be on a med-surg unit right out of RN school to help me enhance my clinical skills.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to give an update. So, I just received an email today inviting me for an interview on the cardiology step down unit. So keep a lookout! Seems like they've started contacting people.

Yes, my status changed to "forwarded to hiring manager." I received an e-mail about my status change a couple hours before I was contacted for an interview. It all happened on the same day. Good luck and I hope those waiting for Duke hear good new from them soon!

I know that duke has contacted people for their New to the OR Training Program as well. Wishing you all who are still waiting the best of luck!
