Yeah!!!! I'm so anxious. This new grad nurse hunt has been extremely frustrating. I feel like I can't plan anything for next year until I find nursing job ..sigh..Thanks for calling @ raleighgirl!!!

So I just called nurse recruitment office. They said they were going to start going through applications on Monday. By next week, we should start to hear something!

This new grad hunt has been the worst thing ever! I'm trying to move to the Raleigh area from Florida and this whole process has been a million times harder than anticipated.

Did anyone here apply to the Clinical Nurse I: OR Training Program as well at Duke? The application closes tomorrow, November 14th.

Thanks for all the updates; it's very helpful!

I also applied. I really want the ED, but am nervous because I thought it explicitly stated that the ED would have interviews on 11/17 (Monday)...which is five days from now. But, if they state they are going to start looking at applications on 11/17...well, I suppose that means I still have a chance and that interview date was changed because I haven't heard anything either!

Hi y'all,

Wanted to give an update. I received an email late this afternoon for an interview for both the GI and transplant surgery units. I was quite surprised since I didn't think I would hear anything until at least Monday. Anybody else hear back? I'm keeping everyone in my thoughts and hope we can all get the jobs we want and dreamed of :)

CONGRATS! Nothing here yet either. Yes, I have been trying to get on Duke's website for like an hour and it won't load!

Congratss! I feel like each unit goes at their own pace so keep the hope guys! Also the website wont load for me either! @raleighgirl when is your interview? And are those the units you applied too?
