Hello everyone! The topic is for those, who submitted their applications to Duke MSN Program Fall 2018.

I am current Duke MSN-DNP applicant for Fall 2018. I would like other Duke applicants to joint this discussion and share their strong points in their applications, and, of course, cheer up each other in this time consuming process.

I got the weird email about the MSN portion being accepted, but that my DNP portion was still under review. Sooo I guess I'm still waiting?

In other news, has anyone heard from UNC-CH? I also applied to their BSN-DNP FNP program but havent heard a peep since submitting my application.

I'm a PT day weekender now in ICU

Trying to find a cardiac ICU position - I applied for a PT night weekender position in CVRU

Either way I'll be a weekender :-)

Congrats everyone! I got my acceptance for FNP-MSN as well. I also got into FNP-MSN ag Vandy and both of UMD and UVA's DNP-FNP programs... aaagghh decisons decisions

I applied to UNC-CH's PNP program last year. It was early May before I even received notification that my application was considered incomplete and not even reviewed!!!

i applied to UNC too. I think we hear anytime from mid april to may. Any idea how competitive they are? Numbers/statistics? They don't have much on their website.

Just curious...how many of you have taken the biostatistics prerequisite already? I need to take it and am trying to figure out where to do it. Johns Hopkins has a ten-week course online. Also, how many of you are attending Experience DUSON? I can't make it. I live in Northern Maine and have to present at a health fair that day.

I have not taken the course yet - not sure where I'll be taking it this summer

And yes I'm going to Experience DUSON- I only live 2 hours away in Charlotte NC

When you say biostatistics, are you referring to the statistics course they made us reference on the application? How do you know you need a class before the fall semester?
