Duke MSN 2018

Published

Hello everyone! The topic is for those, who submitted their applications to Duke MSN Program Fall 2018.

I am current Duke MSN-DNP applicant for Fall 2018. I would like other Duke applicants to joint this discussion and share their strong points in their applications, and, of course, cheer up each other in this time consuming process.

I applied so last minute for ACNP but they were willing to accept my application for review.. Did you or are we considered waitlist applicants? I would think any day now...

I contacted admissions via email and received a pretty vague response (sort of dancing around my question) - messaged again flat out asking what the new timeline would be and to that I didn't receive an email back (this was may 14 now...). Just sent another email to follow up so I'll let you know when/what I find out. I'm set to start this fall so kind of wanna know what to expect timeline wise...

Sorry advocate41 my phone messed up and responded to the wrong person - see my msg above!

Thank you!

I was accepted into another program as well, but am waiting until i hear from Duke to make my final decision. The timeline for the program is a factor to consider, so I'm anxious to know all of these details.

CONGRATULATIONS on your acceptance!! Which cohort are you doing?

Just got an email that decisions were posted in Applicant Self Service. Signed in and my acceptance letter was there :))

Hi guys, is there anyone who is also a RN working for Duke that was eligible for RNTAP and applied who also didn't get funds for spring semester due to limited slots or is it just me? It's making me uneasy to think RNTAP is not guarantee for working employees as I was led to believe. was relying on RNTAP to pay through most of my MSN. Anyone know more about this?
