Hello, I am starting a thread for Duke MSN FNP Spring 2021. Application status: Ready for review.

Hi! I applied for acute care actually to start this fall but they pushed my application back until the Spring, which was no issue. My application has said ready for review since January but technically resubmitted in March.

I got into Case Westerns Acute care starting in the fall but duke is my first choice. I am willing to pay the fee for case and then forfeit if need be. I just hope I get some kind of reassurance soon!

Hi! Thank you for replying. I was in the same situation. I submitted for Fall after the cycle was over so they moved it to March as well.

CONGRATS on getting into Case Westerns Acute Care! ? More options the better. I called and asked, they say we should hear something two weeks after they review the applications in May.

ugh, naturally LOL. I have to pay the holding fee of case by May 1. I am going to try and push them back a semester, but I doubt it - they are probably so strict with those things! But thanks so much for letting me know! I emailed at the beginning of all this virus madness and asked if it would be delayed but she said mid April? but I'm not sure if she met for the fall decisions.

LOL, yeah that can be nerve wrecking cause getting an acceptance anywhere is hard already. Well, I hope I'm wrong and they changed the decision to mid-April. Better timing!

I am applying for the PNP- primary care program. Figured I can hang out here :). I work at Duke so I was able to get into the early application pool and my application changed to "under faculty review" today!!

Excited for us all!! Originally I was unsure if I'd get all my stuff in by the early app deadline. When I told Nora this, she did mention to me that it would be fine, my app would go into the regular pool which gets reviewed mid May. So o assume your will turn to faculty review soon!!

Hi everyone!

I started searching the threads for Duke 2021. I submitted my app last night for the WHNP program! Keeping my fingers crossed... Status was changed this AM to: Ready for Review. I feel like throwing up but oh well ?‍♀️! Good luck to everyone!!

They are doing the interviews for early admission over the next two weeks, so things must be on track despite everything going on with Covid-19. My interview is next week Thursday at 10AM!! I think this is good news for all because there was some talk about things being delayed and that does not seem to be the case. I will let you know what it is like!
