Every night before bed I use Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy lotion (OK, I slather it on :)). It has a high amount of glycerin and works great. Then I apply a thin layer of Eucerin Healing Ointment (basically Vaseline) to seal it. I put on a pair of cotton gloves while I sleep which helps it all to soak in.
Not all natural but Neutrogena hand cream is THE BEST! Instantly makes my hands feel better. I would try pure shea butter if you want something all natural. Possibly Lush would have something too? If you want something to make your hands feel better until you find the right natural product I'd still go for Neutrogena. :)
Check this out: http://www.lushusa.com/shop/products/body/hand-body-creams/helping-hands Says it was made just for nurses! Looking at the ingredients, I bet it smells *awesome*!! Kinda spendy though...
I bring my own hand sanitizer to work(the one supplied makes me sneeze and my hands itch)..fruits and passion makes the one i use, I also bring my own liquid soap, place it on the sink I usually use and I also use an avacado based hand butter also made by fruits and passion. I wash alot and have found these products to be the best for me

Does your employer give you a hard time about this? I would love to use my own soap but we are only allowed to use hospital supplied soaps and lotions while working.

Can everyone please tell me what they use for dry, cracked hands. All that washing and sanitizer is brutal. Preferably all natural products.
