This is true! Coffee, snacks, water! Take frequent breaks between studying and then get right back to it.

Being able to sit at a Coffee bar, and not having to be stuck at home defiantly inspired me focus while studying in nursing school.

I don't know if the benefits of coffee outweigh the cons of it making me need to pee very frequently

I can not stand coffee. I've been told for about 40 years since starting school that one day I would love coffee. Nope! Still in school and working full time and 5 kids and 4 grandkids. Still no to coffee.

My go to when I was younger, was Mountain Dew and Buggles. Now that I am so much older and so much heavier, I have to deal with my 0 calorie sucky candy (just mints with 0 calories) and black tea, or sugar free Tang after 11pm so that I can go to bed at 8am.
