Drexel ACE Fall 2017

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey allnurses community! I noticed a group wasn't yet in existence for this cohort, and I was eager to connect with my potential future classmates. The priority deadline for applying to the fall 2017 cohort is October 15th. I received an email that my application status was complete on September 15th. The only thing I need to still finish is to CLEP Human Growth and Development. I plan to take the exam early October, and send my scores to ASAP. I am currently in a BSN program that I started this month, and my expected graduation date is Dec 2018. It is normally a 3 year program, but I entered already having a B.S. (which is not required at my current program) and many of my classes transferred in. I would love to be done with school sooner rather than later, and have always been attracted to the ACE 11 month program (and Philly!). Being that I would graduate fall of 2018 and from a renown program such as Drexel's, would be so great. I am so eager to hear back! After stalking the fall 2016 group, it seemed that the first people heard back at the end of October. I figured it would be easier for all of us applicants to deal with the waiting game together, so please don't hesitate to post if you've applied or plan to apply for this cohort!

@pebblebeach .. Thank you so much for sharing your email! I'm going to reach out you with questions if thats oaky with you !! BUT for everyone else to see .. Do you have a clinical in this first quarter or do they start next semester? From the info sessions I've attended, I've gotten mixed answers about Q1.

Hey everyone ! I'm Nyia and I got accepted into the Fall 2017 program as well. I look forward to meeting everyone soon. Any mamas on here have any suggestions about child care ?

Hey guys I just applied for spring 2018 semester! Is anyone else applying for spring?

Hey! Did you get an admission decision yet? Jbrown796

Not yet I'm still waiting for them to process my transcripts. Did you apply?

Yes I applied august 1st. I recently got accepted to the cedar crest nursing program but it's almost 2 years and part time. I'm just giving it a shot at .

Congratulations! I applied to Rutgers as well but I haven't heard anything yet. Is crest a bsn program? How long did it take to process your transcripts?

Yes it is a BSN program. I believe processed it the same day I sent it. It was sent via PDF.

Oh okay cool maybe I should check them out. I sent my transcripts by mail I should've sent them through email. Did they tell you when you would be contacted?

When I called they said 4-6 weeks at the latest. I'm really scared because I would rather go to and be done in 11 months lol.

That's not bad. I totally understand where you are coming from! That is exactly how I feel! did you go to one of the orientations yet?

No not yet. Hbu?
