Hey y'all,

Starting a thread for students applying to DUofCA's BSN program for Fall 2021 to share questions and concerns. Application deadline is Feb 1st for Freshmen and March 1st for Transfers. Good luck to everyone!

Just curious. Have you taken any math classes before? like algebra or other math? I sent my transcript that has statistics and algebra.....

But I guess this is a good indicator!!  

Everyone else that completed Stats already; we still have hope. I think it’s because we’ve already completed stats and won’t need to take a math placement test if/when we’re admitted.

I’m taking Statistics right now.  
 

I was just wondering why I would get a notification to take a math assessment unless I was admitted into their program.

 

I was just excited to see any kind of new information on the account after all these weeks of waiting.

The weight is killing me as well. I’m hoping we find out next week and not the week after but who knows. I’m crossing my fingers for myself and all of you.

I think you getting a notification is a good indicator that they are pushing your application through. Why else would they ask? If you were denied they would have not sent that notification (IMO). Exciting!

I totally agree! I think it's a good indicator!! I really think so.!! 

Hope we get a notification soon too........ ?

Now its saying that they are waiting for Spring 2021 transcripts....but I'm not done until the end of May.  Hmmm.

 

So anxious!

Did the math placement thing go away? Or did they just add the Spring 2021 transcripts on the checklist?

Math Placement is still there, the Sp'21 transcripts is new.  All of it is new LOL

I checked at 9am...nothing, I check at noon and BAM math placement...I check again at 4:30 and now Spring transcripts.

That’s good I think they’re pushing your application forward. Maybe for everyone else that did not get the math placement notification but has Spring 21’ transcript on their checklist will move forward too. I think it’s honestly because we’ve already completed statistics and it’s higher than a “C”.

 I just hope we all get an already and we find out soon. ? 

I spoke to my friend that was waitlisted last semester, they did not update/change anything on his checklist. ??
