I went 8a-3:15p M-F if we had a clinical day it was 7a-1p unless OR/PACU/SDSU/endoscopy then 6a-1p.
We went September to July with only the traditional breaks (Thu/Fri off for Thanksgiving , about 5-7 days off in December and a 4 day w/e in spring (would have had a week but lost some weather days).
We go M-F most days are 8:30-4 when we start clinicals the time depends on where we're going. Last semester our clinical site started at 6:30 and so did we. This semester my clinical site starts at 0700 and we will be there until 1530. For practicum it starts at 0645 until 1515. Crazy long days though, sometimes we start at 0800. We have just less than a year left now though so that's promising.
When I first started school back in August, I went Monday-Thursday either 8am-2:30 or 8am-3pm (depending on how many hours/credits the class was worth). But now that I'm a little further in school and almost in clinicals, I am going Monday-Friday 8-3:30 on some days and 8-4:00 on the other days.
The LPN program I am in is three days. Well the first month is three days a week, eight hours long. That is to get us signed off on our CNA skills, and basic stuff. Then it went to one day of lecture (4 hours), one day of lab ( 4 hours) and one day of clinicals (12 hours). The last two months we did hybrid days where we did case studies online at home. So ours wasn't alot of face to face and definitely not monday through friday. Our lpn is two semesters through the community college in Arizona.
I went Monday-Friday 7am -3pm Campus
when I had clinicals 1st term it was 6am-3pm
3rd term (the last semester) clinicals were 6am-5pm everyday , with 1 campus day.
then after I graduated I had IV class every Saturday . we had some loooong hours, but clearly it paid off because im a nurse now.

The school here goes from 8-230 m-f, at least the first few months..does your school do that? After a few months, they do clinicals two days a week.
