Hi, im considering doing the MSN ed program through WGU but would like information from anyone who graduated or attending the school. Can you tell me what its like? hows the testing? Are the exams really hard? how long does the program take to complete? etc. I have my BSN and would like to get my MSN done and out the way with asap. Anything you guys can share with me would be greatly appreciated.

I completed WGU's online RN-to-BSN program in March of this year. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with the school and regret not enrolling in the program sooner.
Based on word of mouth, the MSN program takes about 12 months to complete unless you complete the coursework at a dreadfully slow pace.
I read that you take tests in front of a web cam, was that creepy for you? How difficult would you say your were? not trying to find an "easy" program but I just would like a clear picture of what I would be getting myself into.
Students have the option of taking their exams at home via remote proctoring through ProctorU, the service that observes the test-taking via webcam. Personally, I took all my exams at a community college testing center, so I didn't have to deal with the webcam monitoring.
WGU's programs are self-paced. For the MSN, you can complete the minimum of 9 credits per term, or you can complete double that amount. it's up to you.

I resemble that!
And the MSN program minimum credit requirement is 8, rather than 9.

I did my BSN with WGU and can tell you the webcam during testing is no big deal. You don't see anyone (but they see you) and after a while, you don't even notice the camera anymore. You can also opt to go to a local community college or testing center if you want, but I just used the webcam for ease of use and scheduling purposes. I can also tell you that you have a pretest that you MUST pass in order to even schedule the final exam, and most of mine were close enough to the final that they gave me a good idea of how I would do.
WGU will hands-down be your fastest and most affordable route.
Best of luck!

Wgu is paper intensive so if you don't mind writing its not bad. Liked the program. Presently in a DNP--- wish Wgu had one
