There is hotjobs.yahoo.com, monster.com, you can always google "nursing jobs in Missouri" or wherever you live.
If you want to be more detective like, google your city and state followed by doctor.
Like: "Springfield, Missouri doctor"
It should bring up a map of doctor's offices and clinics in your area where you can start getting names and numbers. Call and ask if they have positions open. Google is your friend
My job is currently recruiting a nurse for my position - I am relocating to another state. I work in a doctor's office that is part of SSM. The job is located in St. Charles. You can go to the SSM website www.ssmhc.com choose employment, then choose the link Missouri-St Louis; next search by location and choose Physician Organization/Care Mgmt Company. Here you will find the positions available in the doctor's offices that are a part of SSM. Good Luck!
You can also try http://www.indeed.com...........pulls jobs posted on NUMEROUS other job sites, so you can search just one, instead of so many
The best way to find a registered nurse job in an office, is to look on bigger medical center web sites for jobs titled Nurse Clinician or Nurse Clinician/Triage. Apply for these jobs. Most RNs who work as Nurse Clinicians do a lot of triage work and a lot of phone work. If you are interested in this type of work, this might be the job for you. Bear in mind that you may have to stand in line behind other staff that already works for the institution to even get an interview. But it is possible to slip in as an outside applicant, if you persevere and keep applying for these types of jobs.

I would like to search for an RN position at a doctor's office or clinic. How do I go about finding a job like that. I've looked in the papers and I see no job positions for doctor's offices, but, mainly hospitals and nursing homes. I live in Missouri. Thank you.
