I called today and they said they got over 500 apps! The lady said they'll figure out interviews in about 2-3 weeks.

500 is better than over 800-1000 haha
I hope they're hiring 500.

Just a heads up, if you are not somehow associated within the area code, dmc in modesto will likely throw your application out for their new grad program. The hospital prefers to hire new grads that have went to school in the area or born and raised, essentially they don't want to train a new grad and have people leaving once their contract is up and realize how crappy the area is. Also you have to sign into a 3 year commitment, leave within 3 years and you pay up $5000.
Also being under tenet, take the behavior online test VERY seriously. If you fail, you won't be able to submit future applications. All tenet applications will slave over your original personality test results. I don't know if this is true for all tenet facilities but this is how it works at dmc unless you know a manager directly who can bypass your test.
Lastly critical care units in dmc will only consider bsn graduates. A lot of these changes are due to trying to achieve magnet status. I went to school in the area and a luncheon was held with the managers and hr, most of this info is right from their mouths.
Oh boo. Do you think it's the same way for the Doctors Hospital in Manteca (also Tenet)?

Just curious, will you ever know if you "failed" the test?
I can't speak for dmc Manteca but I'm confident the ruling for the behavioral test applies. We were in close contact with each of the managers and were notified if one did not pass the behavioral test. Wouldn't hurt to try to contact them or hr.
