Has anyone retained an attorney in FL to help defend license against diversión allegations and violation of Nurse Practice Act. Which firms are the best?

Hello, @LittleRN, allnurses members can't provide recommendations; however, please check out TAANA for lawyers familiar with nursing licensure.

Oh I see they do not allow attorney questions.
I am 1/2 way completed with probation in Texas. I’ve asked for an exception to work with an agency and 3-6 month time reduction. However I just wondered if I could find an attorney that would work on a sliding scale or a payment plan and see if they could say sorry to the Board and walk away from a lot of this. I am only completing this so I can gain other professional licenses on the state office boards and committees. I guess I will just wait for the board to decide if they want to continue working with me and get this completed. I don’t mind finishing the work however I just need a small amount of time cut off at the end. If I could get a 6 month reduction I would only have to work the weekends 64hrs a month and be finished. That’s not a very long time to have to work. I was hoping to find thoughts for attorneys but I can’t here. I’ll check with the ask lawyer sites like avvo.com
