I have a friend that got kicked out of her program for academic reasons after not doing well in one class but otherwise having all A's. She ended up getting accepted into another school and they even let her transfer in some credits. What type of course is one hour if you don't mind me asking?
There's someone that has been kicked out of CRNA school, went to medical school, and is now an anesthesia resident. What I'm getting at is - anything is possible. You may have to travel to another state, but as long as your only issue was the one class, you should be okay. PDs all know each other and will talk to each other when you apply / interview, so as long as you were in good standing otherwise and left on decent terms with your PD, you'll find a way.

Ya, just FYI, they have now also been kicked out of their anesthesia residency as well.

Good evening,
I was recently dismissed from a CRNA DNP program after three semesters. I had no issues as far as the program, instructors, or otherwise. I was dismissed after failing a 1-hour course. I made all As up until this point. As this wasn't expected, I am looking for information regarding programs that have accepted dismissed students. I realize this is rare, but I am not willing to give up on my dream of becoming a CRNA. If you can offer any help I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
