direct hire or under agency

Hi, please help me decide. I am an ICU nurse in the Philippines and I have an agency who filed my EB3 visa last year.I have signed a contract with them. Now I have found a direct hire position in the US they know that I am under contract with other agency but they still want to hire me. I am thinking of getting out of the agency because I think direct hire is better than with the agency. Can I still get out of the agency? I know it's a breach of contract. What are the possible way for them to help me get out of the agency? Which one do you think is better, under agency or direct hire position?

Hi may I ask hows worlwide healthstaff? How do they differ from others like connetics,conexus? Pls hope you could pm me..

Direct hire but most of them are asking money for the processing fee.

I will never suggest worldwide healthstaff, they push Australian to apply EB3 or H1B visa also being humiliating for my license status, lack of knowledge for the best options

Very manipulating experience, you could try but I will not recommend at all
