Please help. I am applying for a visa screen. When I sent the "Request For License/registration/diploma" form in the Philippine Regulatory Comission the pages of the forms have no signature of mine. I only signed on top of my name on the first page. It was late when I learned that I should sign on every pages of it. Will there be a problem? Or is it OK with CGFNS?.. One more question,. I am a Cali NCLEX passer. How do I request 'Proof of passing the NCLEX? How will I request California BON to send it to CGFNS? Is there a fee that I should pay to Cali BON? Thanks in advance

Hi, please help me decide. I am an ICU nurse in the Philippines and I have an agency who filed my EB3 visa last year.I have signed a contract with them. Now I have found a direct hire position in the US they know that I am under contract with other agency but they still want to hire me. I am thinking of getting out of the agency because I think direct hire is better than with the agency. Can I still get out of the agency? I know it's a breach of contract. What are the possible way for them to help me get out of the agency? Which one do you think is better, under agency or direct hire position?

Can I still ask CA BRN to forward my NCLEX results even though it's already expired and my records were already destroyed?

I'm a nurse here in the Philippines and my NCLEX CA has expired last March 2013, Now I have an opportunity to work in Guam as a nurse. Do I need to sit again for an exam for the NCLEX? or is it still possible to ask CA BON to forward my test result to Guam BON even if it is already expired? I know your records will be destroyed if your test result has expired.

I am a Registered nurse here in the Philippines working in tertiary hospital in med/surgical floor for a year now with two years contract to work. I am a second courser and turning 41 years old this year. I want to be a nurse there in Australia and if possible migrate there with my family. I have 2 kids aged 7 and 8. I want to know if I still have a chance to find an employer that will sponsor me and family for a visa after I finish the bridging program, I be will 43 or 44 by then...please enlighten me, coz my family and I really want to transfer and live there with our relatives in Adelaide but I don't want to waist money and time if I will not be able to find an employer after the bridging program because of my age..thanks in advance..
