Didn't pass the first time...taking it next week! Not sure if I'm studing right!

:uhoh21:Hi all I'm a bit worried...I didn't pass the first time I took the nclex and now I'm scheduled to take it next week again. I'm worried cuz I'm not sure if I'm preparing the right was to be able to pass this time. If there is anyone out there that can give me some advice (help) I would greatly appricate it.

as long as you give it your best shot that is the main thing. Do as many questions as you can and make sure you understand the rationale to the ones you get wrong. Try not to cram study now and try and take the day before the exam as day off and try to relax.

Let me tell you, I failed the first time too. I just took it again yesterday and I would have to say that there is no right way to study for that test. Just go with you gut when answering questions!

I agree with the post above but I do want to tell you that the Nclex is sometimes tricky. I found the Kaplan rewiew book to be the most accurate. Good luck
