Published

Hi!

So guys I have been on an applying freennnzy since i passed my board 2 weeks ago. I have applied for over 100+ job been in 5 job interview in about 5 business days and got some pretty great offers but my top to are

Tampa general new grad program (ER) and North Florida (Critical care new grad program)

since i live in the sarasota area i do not KNOW much about these hospital beside tampa being awesome all around but would someone help me make this decision process a bit simplier by letting me know what they would do in my situation ( i would have to move for both)

My end goal is to become a CRNA (5 year goal)

Having not been in your situation, yet knowing the basic requirements of becoming a CRNA, I would say taking the Critical Care position would best further you toward your goal.

If you took the other position, there is no guarantee you would get the critical care experience required.

thank you i beleive i would be trained in the PCU and then would have the opp to move directly to the ICU at North Florida. However tampa is a level 1 trauma and that would stand out more in application i think
