Yes. all dependents should pay all visa fee bill. I guess when you are issued a GC you are allowed to work.
Then great, but how can we pay, are going to go to directly pay to NVC or are we going to pay in the care of our employer?

if you have a lawyer then it is something that can be agreed with them.
My employer is paying for me but I am paying for my husband and have made arrangements with lawyer for them to process his paperwork for a fee of which half was paid up front and rest to be paid once in the US. He will also get GC and can work
As long as your wife meets RN requirements and has been given GC there is no reason why she can't work once finding an employer once you have arrived in the US

If you have included your dependents in your application a separate IV fee bill stating the name of the dependents will be forwarded to your lawyer to be paid by you. You will secure a bank draft payable to Department of State and in the bank draft you must state the case number of your application. Since you and your dependent have the same case number, the names of your dependent should be written at the back of each draft. I just dont know if each child must have a separate draft since I got only 1 child.
My husband recieve his own IV fee bill as well as my daughter receive her own. I just dont know what is the case if you have more than 1 child, if the bill will cover all the children then you just need to write all their names at the back, else you have to secure 1 draft for each dependent.

We have the same arrangement although a little different. My lawyer also process my husband and my daughter's paper. I have paid half up front and half will be paid after the interview. by the way how much your lawyer charge you??

Talking about visa fee bill.. i paid for my husbands' fee bill last year through my agency. as they are asking us for a fresh DS230 form, does this mean if our case is still not approved after july, we'll be affected by the increase in visa fee bills??
I don't think so. It may only affect new application. Not sure also...
I would like to double check this qoute: I mean is it possible that in this process we can pay my dependents visa fee bill at the time of the interview? Here's the qoute coming from a lawyer.
You can pay for the Visa Fee for your dependents at the time of the interview. You can also make the payment now BUT we have already sent your Visa Fee payment so it would be easier if you did it at the time of the interview. You will also submit their forms at the time of the interview.
Question: Is there any substance in this qoute? I just wanted to make sure because I don't want to go all alone. Any advice?

1.Do dependents need to pay visa fee bills?
Yes, each and everyone that will receive a visa. The same with the medical fees.
2.Attorney’s quote” You can pay for the Visa Fee for your dependents at the time of the interview. Your attorney is right. You can add any dependent (spouse and any additional children below 21) at the time of interview. Just make sure you have all the documents needed (certified NSO dox and the like).
