do dependents need to pay visa fee bills?

I am asking your opinion regarding dependents are they going to pay for their own visa fee bills? can my nurse wife(dependent) a nclex passer too can work?Let's talk about dependents ok.

I would like to double check this qoute: I mean is it possible that in this process we can pay my dependents visa fee bill at the time of the interview? Here's the qoute coming from a lawyer.

You can pay for the Visa Fee for your dependents at the time of the interview. You can also make the payment now BUT we have already sent your Visa Fee payment so it would be easier if you did it at the time of the interview. You will also submit their forms at the time of the interview.

Question: Is there any substance in this qoute? I just wanted to make sure because I don't want to go all alone. Any advice?

Your lawyer is correct, but he should have mentioned in his letter that you will need to submit another DS230 for you and your dependents during the interview where in your dependents are included or will be coming with you, but the problem with this, your visa and your dependents visa will be delivered around 2-4weeks late compared with other applicants whose family members' visa fee bill were paid and included in packet 3, because the embassy will need much time to review the documents you submitted for your dependents(DS230 and other legal docs). This happened to my friend who is under the contract of Albany medical center.

If you have included your dependents in your application a separate IV fee bill stating the name of the dependents will be forwarded to your lawyer to be paid by you. You will secure a bank draft payable to Department of State and in the bank draft you must state the case number of your application. Since you and your dependent have the same case number, the names of your dependent should be written at the back of each draft. I just dont know if each child must have a separate draft since I got only 1 child.

My husband recieve his own IV fee bill as well as my daughter receive her own. I just dont know what is the case if you have more than 1 child, if the bill will cover all the children then you just need to write all their names at the back, else you have to secure 1 draft for each dependent.

Don’t worry you are fine. Your dependents have the same case number as you are and will be processed at the same manner. One bank draft for all is the usual practice (at least with those I personally see).
