So, I finally feel I should not give up......I will be a retaker for 2nd time in December. I felt so low when I failed the test in July'07. I was thinking to take in october but just couldnt get motivated to study. In the meantime, I joined RN-BSN program. So, currently I am in school taking 15 credits of classes. I need to have my RN license before winter so I can do practical in communnity health, a required class for BSN.

After visiting this site almost everyday, reading success stories and encouragement given by one of my wonderful instructor from my ASN program, I am motivated to do it.

So, newcomers as well as retakers, Lets get together, support each other and lets pass the RN test. WE CAN DO IT.

For now, I have started practicing Q&A at least 2 hrs/day from Saunders CD. I will keep you updating and hope you all will share the tips as well.

hey narsing boy!!!

it was on rn.ca.gov then click on permanent license verification. they already updated for the 11th so my name is not there. i am preparing to study for the 3rd time. I feel like a big failure. This feeling is so bad. I hope you do better than I did.

Dear God,

We come to you right now just to say thank you. Lord...we give you honor and glory and the praise for the opportunity to serve as "caregivers" to the wounded, ill, blind and challenged. God you are the one who brought us this far. We know that you will never ever leave us alone. We cast our cares upon you. God, right now I am asking that you bind every spirit of worry, depression and anxiety upon my sisters and I. Lord give us spirits of trust in you. Grant us FAVOR right now !!!!

You are glorious and you said we shall be victorious. 8 is the number of "new beginnings". 2008 you said you will raise up a new generation of Nurses, Leaders and Warriors. Lord be with those of my sisters who are experiencing any finanical hardships. Provide for them and their households. I command it right now. Do It Father in Your Precious and Holy Name. Give us a spirit of calm and peace to weather the storm. It is all in your purpose for our lives and our calling to touch others who need healthcare.

i dont think the results on the site is entirely accurate,..

imhopeful took the exam on DEC8, i took the exam DEC7, so results dont go as fast for California..

california results should be out in 2-3 weeks time..

plus i just typed the name of my friend who just passed the exam months ago, her name wasn't there..

i think its a new system..

just wait for the official results.. i'd like to think that way.

cuz me and 3 other friends' names arent there.. and we studied for 4 months prior to the exam..

keep the faith, be hopeful

yea keep your head up IMHOPEFUL, u got to.. its not the end of the world yet...

plus i dont think its entirely accurate too.

one, because i feel like its a new system.

two, because they need time to put all the registered nurses there.

three, theres all of those listed passed registered nurses from years back.

four, just wait for the results.

five, california isn't part of quick results, so why pressure you on that? just wait for 2-3 weeks.. say, end of december.., its been 5 days since your exam.
